OC Skyline Towers OC Skyline, MacArthur Place, Santa Ana - by Nexus Companies Two 25 story podium type condominium towers with swimming pool, recreation areas and underground parking within the MacArthur Place Master Planned Development in Santa Ana, California.  We prepared topographic surveys, preliminary and precise grading plans, street improvement plans, sewer, water and storm drain plans, tentative and final mapping, condominium plans and water quality management plan and storm water pollution prevention plan documents for the project.
